Blue Utopia Realty is a San Antonio brokerage built around a simple idea: real estate decisions deserve a plan.

Broker and Owner Jesse Lopez brings 23 years of U.S. Air Force experience, 12 PCS moves, and more than 40 years of connection to San Antonio to his work with buyers, sellers, and relocating families. As a retired Air Force Master Sergeant and VA Home Loan Instructor Certified professional, Jesse understands the unique challenges that come with military relocation and VA financing.
