Jesse Lopez is the Broker and Owner of Blue Utopia Realty in San Antonio, bringing 23 years of U.S. Air Force experience and a deep understanding of military relocation to the real estate process.

A retired Air Force Master Sergeant, Jesse completed 12 PCS moves, including seven overseas and five stateside, and deployed seven times in support of operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. He understands firsthand what it means to move on a deadline, make important housing decisions from across the country, and balance a family's needs with the realities of military life.

Jesse is also VA Home Loan Instructor Certified, giving his clients a deeper understanding of VA financing, entitlement, funding fees, exemptions, and the numbers that can affect the true cost of homeownership. His approach goes beyond finding a house. He helps buyers understand their options, choose the right area, and plan for what comes next.

Licensed in Texas since 2017, Jesse has helped hundreds of families buy, sell, and relocate throughout San Antonio, with a particular focus on military families moving to Joint Base San Antonio, including Lackland, Randolph, Fort Sam Houston, and Camp Bullis.

His philosophy is simple: have a plan, know the numbers, and make decisions that still make sense when the next set of orders arrives.

Jesse also serves as Board President of the San Antonio chapter of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) and is an ambassador for Operation Pay It Forward.
